we are very happy to be contacted by you. Our stay in India has been really
wonderful and we liked a lot your country. We will be very happy to suggest
your Agency to our friends (and we have already done it!) as we have found your
job really satisfactory.
We have found all the organization very efficient and professional, our tour
was perfect because we had the opportunity to visit everything we had planned
and, at the same time, to breath the real Indian life. The CAMEL SAFARI in Khuri
has been really wonderful (even if in the nights it was terribly cold) so you
can suggest it to all your guests.
I would like to mention our driver (his name is Suresh) that has always been
careful when driving; he is a very nice person and he helped us in feeling always
safe and relaxed.
Also the guides were really professional and they took care of us for everything:
the sightseeing, the hotel, the restaurant and also the shopping!
I would like just to give you some advices in order to even improve your service:
o NARAYAN NIWAS PALACE (our hotel in Jaisalmer): they are renewing some rooms,
so you should ask for the new ones for your guests. The old ones are not comfortable!
o MANDAWA HAVELI (in Mandawa): they gave us not a really good room, I think
they have other better and you should ask for them;
We are planning to come back to India to visit other regions (Varanasi,…)
and we will contact you in order to arrange the tour.

Dear Durjay,
Just a note to say a big thank you to you and the rest of the team for organising
such a fantastic holiday. There was always someone to meet us, the guides were
all excellent and very knowledgeable, the drivers were great (their standard
of driving was very high) and all the hotels were very comfortable. I would
not hesitate to recommend you to our friends.
We had a wonderful holiday and managed to see a total of 9 tigers as well as
lots of other animals so were very pleased! When we get our tiger photos back
John is thinking about setting up a web site with the pictures on it, so if
he does I will let you know the address. Once again thank you for such a wonderful
holiday.
